Captain - Paul Motley

The skipper and owner of Nauss, Paul Motley, is an Englishman who has enjoyed a lifetime's love of outdoor pursuits and competitive sports. He first started sailing at age eleven and lists as one of his sailing achievements his involvement in the Olympic Tornado Squad (Last 4). A keen sportsman, Paul has rowed at Henley on many occasions and has reached elite status. He has also played rugby at first team level. Paul has spent 12 years sailing and chartering the Turkish coast and has obtained his Yachtmaster Offshore with a Commercial Endorsement. Having sold his plumbing and heating business, he built NAUSS to charter in their favorite waters.
